Anubhav Sinha : We're taking the concept of RA.ONE to the audience!!

A lot has been said about the story and script of RA.ONE ever since the superhero angle of the film has been revealed. We have been subjected to many speculative scripts, both in the print and web world. Some find it a copy of SPIDERMAN, others SUPERMAN and the remaining even likened it to ROBOT!

However RA.ONE is just not about a superhero and his fight against evil to save the world. It has a lot more to it. An important angle is a computer game and the good and evil characters that emerge out of it. And that is why the first poster of RA.ONE on New Year's featured SRK with blue plasma colours on his body.

With computer games now being enjoyed even in the remote areas and villages the concept is not alien to people. But to know if the audience in the smaller centers will understand it, we put forth our apprehension to the director, Anubhav Sinha.

'That was the first thing that was in our mind when we were developing the script from a scratch. That is why we are taking and introducing the concept to the audience, and I am happy that they are getting it. For once everyone now knows that Shah Rukh Khan is G.ONE and not RA.ONE, that is what promotional strategy is. One by one we will prepare the audience for what they can expect from RA.ONE,' says the director.
