Well the one of the most awaited movie of the year Don 2 has arrived at cinemas on 23rd of Dec 2011 and the verdict on movie is out as expected Don 2 is ready for a BIG run at the boxoffice, this is the verdict from public who have watched movie in last three days, Everyone enjoying the thrill ,action and suspense don 2 is providing.
though there are few bollywood ga**us ( called critics ) with fucked up mind failed to understand the movie and its sharp execution on the screen.
But let me clear what happened with these few gandus actually - whenever Don was saying any typical don Dialogue , these critics were trying to find some vulgar double meaning in that dialogue ( this is what they have been watching in bollywood throughout the year delhi belly,the dirty picture bla bla you can take any example ) in the process of trying to find some meaning from dailouge , in between Don has played his next card on screen and these critics are lost and fucked in dirty mind... leave it Don 2 is a class movie for people having some class who comes to cinema for watching something good not only for watching vulgar jokes...
But on the other side considering the concept of Don 2 it was always there that it will pick up slowly as it is new experience for Indian audience where there is no vulgar double meaning jokes , no unnecessary typical bollywood songs , Don 2 is a class cinematic experience which till date you can only find in hollywood movies like Inception etc , Its not comparison with inception or any other classic movies but Don 2 is so near to these movies in many cinematic terms and which is a big milestone for bollywood though bollywood had a long way to go but Don 2 will be a great step towards that direction,
Well on coming back to boxoffice Don 2 has done very good in its first weekend , on Sunday don 2 had huge jump in collections and public reports are very very good for Don 2, everyone seems enjoying the moviej public rating for Don 2 is from "good" to "very good" which will result into the long run for Don 2 as the new year weekend is coming up.
A circuit like Delhi/UP which collected around 2.85 crore nett on Sunday seems to be heading for collections in the 3.50-3.75 crore nett range on Sunday.The collections have been propelled higher by single screen business on Sunday in the North and Gujarat.
Single screens which were 50% on Saturday were going house full on Sunday. Multiplexes Sunday as they were already high.
